Testimonials (taken from google reviews)

"I've been a client of Shivani's for a few months now and have nothing but praise for the amazing work she does to help with my life changes in health, nutritional needs, exercise regime and mindfulness.
From the very start, she has spent the time to understand the challenges I face and getting to know my lifestyle and goals.

She has been available after sessions to provide great advice and guidance throughout which has been really helpful in my journey of change.

I always had difficulty having a balanced diet and not the greatest of eating habits but the adjustments made based on our continued sessions and conversations around the right type of exercises, meals/ingredients and portion sizing Shivani has helped keep that focus and I continue to see the visible changes this is bringing.

I would highly recommend Shivani as she is an amazing nutrition coach and mentor who is helping me make a difference in my life." - DB

"I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Shivani. From day one, she demonstrated a deep understanding of nutrition and a genuine passion for helping me to reach my goals.

One of the aspects I appreciated most was the personalised approach. She took the time to get to know my dietary preferences, lifestyle, and fitness objectives. With this information, she then crafted a tailored meal plan that was not only effective but also enjoyable. Her creativity in designing meals that aligned with my tastes made sticking to the plan a breeze.

Over time, I saw remarkable improvements in my overall health, energy levels, and body composition. Shivani’s expertise and guidance were undoubtedly the driving forces behind these positive changes. I also gained a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and learned how to make healthier choices independently.

In summary, Shivani exceeded my expectations in every way. She wasn’t only a coach but was even my mentor who genuinely cared about my well-being. If you’re seeking a nutrition coach who can make a real difference in your life, I wholeheartedly recommend Shivani. Her dedication, expertise, and personalised approach make her the best choice ever! - Rakhee Shah

"I have been working with Shivani on and off for many years now and she has helped me immensely. She is an invaluable part of my life as I have a chronic stomach issue which I have to manage to allow me to do a very physically demanding job as a Physiotherapist & PT.

Her knowledge in Nutrition is highly extensive and there is very little that she hasn’t come across, she is my first point of call if I ever need to check or cross-reference conflicting information regarding Nutrition (which there is plenty of in Health and fitness!). I have referred clients to her in the past who have always come back with nothing but positive feedback.

I would highly recommend her, she definitely practices what she preaches and will get straight to the point and save you the hassle of scanning through multiple, conflicting ‘diet books’ and articles, potentially wasting months/years of your time! She is always positive in her outlook, very professional & completely confidential in anything that you share with her without worrying about being judged ‘negatively’. 10/10" - Grant Mitchell
