Shivani Rajdev - Nutritional Therapist (ION), BANT, CNHC Reg
Hi, I'm Shivani, I am a certified Nutritional Therapist who is passionate about supporting my clients with the bespoke management of a broad range of health conditions, including women’s health and digestion.
Using robust evidence-based research, backed by the latest scientific research, I tailor each plan to suit your individual requirements and lifestyle.
Rather than handing out lists of “forbidden” foods, my aim is to make the process achievable by working alongside you throughout, to ensure foods are enjoyable so that long term changes are achieved.
My aim is to help you find motivation and fully support you to overcome any obstacles which you may be facing in achieving your health goals.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
Initial Consultation (1hour) – From £70
Follow-up Consultations (45minutes) – From £50
Whether it’s improving your overall wellbeing or addressing a specific condition, each individual body is absolutely unique. This means that your programs are completely bespoke to YOU.
Handing out lists of forbidden foods is definitely not on the agenda (unless there is a suspected or definite intolerance).
Instead, the focus is based on what CAN be eaten, fits into your lifestyle (no matter how busy), and above all that you enjoy!
Modern living is hectic. Many of us live our lives “on the go”. With this in mind, programs are created so that they fit comfortably around you, easy to follow, and can be maintained in the long run.
Most importantly, no matter what, confidentiality is always guaranteed.
