In the Diet MOT consult I review your diet diary and eating patterns to give you verbal feedback on which foods and habits are conducive or not conducive for your good health. I will also state what foods I believe you should add that are beneficial to your health.
During the up to 30-minute appointment, you will learn how simple dietary changes can positively impact your health. The food diary template is provided beforehand. Four nutritional advice hand-outs will be
emailed to you afterwards.
The Diet MOT is primarily for people without significant health conditions who wish to check if they are on the right track with their diet, as well as improving their health and vitality whilst lowering risks of developing medical conditions.
