About me

As a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist, I work with clients on a one-to-one basis (online or in person) to identify and address imbalances that are underlying symptoms or chronic health conditions.

I provide a person centred approach with personalised dietary, lifestyle and targeted supplement plans to support individual needs. There is no one size fits all, each individual's genetics, environment and lifestyle are unique and so what may work for one person, may not work for another. This is why I see great results in the one-to-one work I do with clients. I use a selection of private functional tests in my practice such as stool, DNA and private blood testing, which I use to tailor personalised health plans for my clients.

I work with a wide range of chronic health conditions and see both adults and children in my practice. Areas I have had great results with include gut health, various autoimmune conditions, immune system imbalances, skin health, and hormonal health.

There are no fad diets or unrealistic expectations. I provide coaching  to help you make sustainable changes that support your long-term health goals.

Training, qualifications & experience

I studied with The College of Naturopathic Medicine (Manchester) for three years and completed over 200 hours of clinical training. I graduated with a Diploma with Distinction in October 2022.

In my practice, I work with both adults and children to support their individual needs and/or health condition. I have experience working with gut health, autoimmunity, immune system imbalances, as well as hormonal conditions and symptoms.

Client Testimonial

I have been working with Nadine for 6 months now and am blown away by how much difference she has made by helping me make sustainable dietary and lifestyle improvements. I started off in a very depleted state, struggling with heavy bleeding, PMS issues bloating, digestion and reflux issues. With Nadine’s advice and following the plan she put in place for me, every one of these issues has either reduced or stopped. The advice Nadine gave me, and the plans she put in place, felt so manageable; we built up steps slowly to make sure all the changes were achievable in the long term. It speaks volumes that my blood test results show me going from a depleted to optimal state within 6 months. I’ve learned so much about nutrition from Nadine, advice that will be invaluable for years to come. Thank you Nadine
