About me
I'm Minal, a Registered Nutritionist & Trauma Informed Wellbeing Coach. I support strong, ambitious women get clarity on the root cause of their symptoms by realising their health blocks, feel heard and rediscover themselves in the process.
Using nutritional therapy, I help clients understand the role that food and lifestyle medicine play in supporting persistent symptoms such as fatigue, low mood, gut imbalances, PMS, weight gain etc. working to address the root cause alongside the body's natural ability to self heal. My approach is to empower clients to make more informed choices that support their unique needs, while considering their preferences and individuality.
Wellbeing coaching allows us to truly get beneath what might be blocking an individual, in terms of chronic symptoms, mindset or behaviour. We do this by looking at 8 different areas of life including nutrition, environment, relationships etc. to assess how satisfied a client feels in each area. From this we can understand what might be contributing to ill health or the feeling of being 'stuck', and evaluate what true health actually looks like (for you).
This helps us to work towards clear goals and motives, while addressing any barriers such as negative self talk, lack of motivation, loss of direction or simply feeling confused about the life you're living, when you know where you would rather be.
I am passionate about helping women who usually put themselves last, to feel heard, realise their value and consider their wellbeing in a way that is motivating, inspiring and creative.
Why you might consider working with me:
- Understand what your body and mind need to be healthy with food and lifestyle recommendations
