About me

Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach & Zest4life Practitioner.

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach who specialises in working with people for whose everyday 'normal' means living with symptoms that stop you doing the things that you love to do.  If this sounds like you, I can help you to make simple nutritional and lifestyle changes that can bring enormous improvements to your health and your quality of life.

My health and weight loss programmes are tailored to you as an individual to combine simple achievable nutrition and lifestyle changes with one-to-one health coaching. I will work closely with you to learn about your medical history, symptoms and lifestyle. Not only will you begin to feel better very quickly but you will be giving yourself the gift of energy, a clear mind, losing those extra pounds and a super health boost that will leave you looking and feeling fantastic - whatever your age!
