About me
Hello! My name is Mei, I specialise in weight loss, pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes remission, binge eating and emotional eating. I also have keen interests in intracranial hypertension, long covid, PCOS, menopause, and liver + heart health (cholesterol-lowering and improved blood pressure).
Do you struggle with...
- no time to food prep
- stress / boredom / comfort eating
- feeling hungry all the time
- body confidence
- weight gain / plateau
- low energy levels
- poor blood glucose levels
- confused about how to manage PCOS
- worried that your cholesterol levels are high
...then book your 15-minute, complimentary discovery call with me to discuss how we can work together to support your health goals. (If you cannot find a suitable time slot, please email me at meiwandietitian@outlook.com or send a message to 07595189158)
I work holistically and thoroughly assess your dietary intake. I integrate CBT techniques, motivational interviewing, and nutritional counselling. We'll take a closer look at your sleep and stress levels, where necessary.
