About us
I'm Danielle Mills, a Nutritional Therapist based in Kent. I see clients both online and from a wellness clinic in Rochester . At weekends I also have availability in a wellness club located in central London.
I offer a range of packages with consultations which can be carried out in person or online. Alongside the consultations, I provide a detailed and personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, recipes to suit your needs, and ongoing support throughout.
I also work within the NHS as Health and Wellness Coach. I am experienced in driving behavioural and motivational change to support changes to your diet and lifestyle. We will delve deep into the root cause of your issues rather than just the symptoms, and I will provide support that addresses the body holistically.
Please see my website to book a complimentary 30-minute phone call.
