I offer personalised nutrition and lifestyle support and believe in the importance of getting to the root cause of your fertility issues.

I cover a range of areas including; fertility, hormonal health, male fertility, preparing your body for IVF or IUI, previous or recurrent miscarriages.

Are you struggling with your fertility, seeking support on your IVF journey or looking for help to conceive naturally

Having gone through fertility struggles myself and conceived my children via IVF, I am a big believer in nutrition for fertility and this is where I focus my research and my clinical practice. I am now blessed with two young boys and am enjoying life as a busy mum, and now I want to support you on your journey to optimum health.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

I use the Functional Medicine approach to Nutritional Therapy, which focuses on discovering and addressing the root cause of disease rather than simply managing the symptoms. My approach is evidence-based, using a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may be contributing to your symptoms and health concerns.

Everybody is unique which is why I recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. Rather than overwhelm you with big changes which can be daunting and unachievable, I believe that making small tweaks to your diet and lifestyle can lead to substantial and sustainable improvements.
