A little more about my background.
I was diagnosed with a hormonal condition, PCOS in 2004. I was confused and felt powerless about the future of my health. I took matters into my own hands and started researching. I read everything I could about how I could reduce / manage my symptoms and quickly uncovered that nutrition and exercise held the key.
Since then, I have been obsessed with the power of food, and having optimised my own nutrition to support the management of my symptoms without medication, I wanted to share my knowledge with others to help them find wellness too!
In 2015, that eureka moment became my mission and I started the process of equipping myself with the knowledge in order to help people to become their healthiest selves. I’m excited about sharing the knowledge that I have been fortunate enough to have gained, in a practical, easy to implement and fully supported program, unique to each one of my clients.
I offer a free initial telephone or online session, I look forward to your call.

Further information
The consultation process:
As the consultation process is 1.5 to 2 hours it is much more comprehensive than an appointment with your GP. It goes into more detail about aspects that you might not immediately recognise as relevant. It's a deep, honest and confidential conversation.
Before we meet, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and to keep a 3-day food diary. There is no judgment here and it supports me in devising a targeted, and importantly, realistic plan for you.
During our time together, which is between 1.5 and 2 hours, we will cover your medical history, family medical history, sleep, movement and the food you currently eat. I will take some measurements including your waist and hip circumference. If you have information on your weight and height then you may share this, but if you prefer not to, or do not know, that is fine.
Once I have gathered all of the details I will prepare a plan for you. I spend 2 hours pulling together the information discussed to draw up your own, unique nutrition and wellness plan. This will be split into easy to manage, separate phases, so that we can introduce one phase of the plan at a time to ensure that you have a chance to implement it fully.
We will meet again over Zoom for your follow-up appointment at an interval which is appropriate, this is usually weekly or fortnightly after your initial consultation.
Where necessary and applicable, I offer functional testing. I don’t take blood/urine/saliva/stool samples in the clinic. If testing is required, we can speak about this at the end of the consultation and we can arrange that together. The results from any testing further ensure that I am able to focus the plan on your specific needs.
