I am a BANT and CNHC registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist based in Weston Super Mare, North Somerset. With a passion for food, movement, and energy for life, I am dedicated to supporting my clients achieve better health and wellness through food.
Back in 2004, I was diagnosed with a hormonal condition. I was confused about what that meant for me and felt powerless about the future of my health.
I took matters into my own hands and started researching. I read everything I could about how I could reduce and manage my symptoms and quickly uncovered that nutrition and exercise held the key. Since then I have been obsessed with the power of food.
Having optimised my own nutrition to support the management of my symptoms without medication, I wanted to share my knowledge with others to help them find wellness too.
In 2015 that eureka moment became my mission and I started the process of equipping myself with the knowledge in order to help people to become their healthiest selves.
Good nutrition is the cornerstone of prevention of many illnesses and diseases and is crucial to a vibrant, active, healthy life. In combination with daily movement practice, self-care and emotional connection; these are the foundations of optimising your body and mind.
I’m excited about sharing the knowledge that I have been fortunate enough to have gained, in a practical, easy to implement and fully supported program, unique to each one of my clients.

Bronze Package -1 initial consultation and 2 face to face follow up consultations - £169
Silver Package - 1 initial consultation and 4 telephone follow up calls and 1 face to face follow up consultation - £200
Gold Package - 1 initial consultation, 8 telephone follow up calls and 1 face to face follow up consultations - £329
The initial consultation is an information gathering session which lasts 2 hours and will explore all aspects of your health history, family medical history and will cover every system of the body. We will discuss aspects of your current diet and lifestyle as well as your goals and expectations. The telephone follow up discussions are booked in to follow the initial appointment.
Further elements of the plan are delivered during the telephone appointments. A 1 hour face to face follow up appointment is booked for 10 weeks after the initial appointment.
The consultation process is much more comprehensive than an appointment with your GP. It goes into more detail about aspects that you might not immediately recognise as relevant. It's a deep, honest and confidential conversation.
Before we meet, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and to keep a 5-day food diary. There is no judgment here and it supports me in devising a targeted, and importantly, realistic plan for you.
During our time together, which is between 1.5 and 2 hours, we will cover your medical history, family medical history, sleep, movement and the food you currently eat.
I will take some measurements including your waist and hip circumference. If you have information on your weight and height then you may share this, but if you prefer not to, or do not know, that is fine.
Once I have gathered all of the details I need to prepare a plan for you will be free to go and I will spend some time pulling together all of the information that we have discussed and will draw up your own, unique nutrition and wellness plan. This may be split into separate phases so that we can introduce one phase of the plan at a time to ensure that you have a chance to implement it fully.
We can then have a short telephone call to discuss the plan and any questions that you may have. We will meet again for your follow up appointment at an interval which is appropriate, this is usually at 5 weeks and 10 weeks after your initial consultation.
Where necessary and applicable, I offer functional testing. I don’t take blood/urine/saliva/stool samples in the clinic. If testing is required, we can speak about this at the end of the consultation and we can arrange that either with a GP/nurse or at home. The results from any testing further ensures I am able to focus the plan on your specific needs.
I look forward to working with and supporting you to your optimum health. For any further questions or to book an appointment please contact me on 07990 513597.
