About me

My name is Helen and I have 12 years’ experience successfully helping clients to achieve their health goals. Specialisms include weight loss, gut related issues, hormonal balance, skin conditions, improving energy levels.

Nutritional Therapy Programmes

Are you piling on the weight and finding it more and more difficult to shift, moving from one new fad diet to the next only to find that after an initial weight loss the weight creeps back on and more?

Do you suffer from gastrointestinal symptoms only to be told by your GP that there is no cure?

Are you suffering from hormone imbalances and discovering that that the only solution on offer to regulate this is HRT, oral contraception and antidepressants?

If any of this resonates with you, you’ll be pleased to know that diet and lifestyle solutions may be extremely effective in all three areas as well as many other areas of health. I work with clients just like you to help make the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes to really get results.

I work on a one to one basis in order that the approach can be highly personalised. ( All consultations are via Zoom )
Every client is unique, weight gain or gastrointestinal symptoms for example having developed as a result of their own personal set of circumstances. Digging deep into a person’s health history to establish and understand the underlying causes and influences is key to both optimal health and successful weight loss.

I encourage clients to work with me over an initial 10 to 12-week period to:

  • Establish health goals
  • Understand what drives them
  • Work out what predisposing elements has led to any health issues and concerns
  • Guide, encourage and coach them into better dietary and lifestyle habits
  • Put in place supplement protocols if necessary to target their specific concerns

Occasionally, and this very much depends on the nature of the health issue I may recommend a one-off consultation rather than a programme.

My programmes include:

Personalised Health Programmes
Personalised Weight Loss Programmes
Personalised Hormone Balancing Programmes
Personalised Solutions to Gastrointestinal complaints

I encourage all prospective clients to have a FREE 30-minute phone consultation with me prior to embarking on a programme to:

Assess the nature of the help required?
Gauge what type of programme would work best?
Establish how long the programme should be?
To see if we’re the right fit for each other?

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
