Nutritional Therapy Consultations
In my work as a Nutritional Therapist through Zing Nutrition my aim is to establish your health goals and provide you with the knowledge, guidance and support to help you achieve them.
In an initial consultation I will explore your lifestyle, diet and how well all body systems are working as well as taking a very detailed health history. I look for imbalances in your health which may be contributing to health issues or sapping your energy. With all this information it is possible to piece together a very personalised, ‘Action Plan,’ for health which will help you achieve your goals.
Your Action Plan will include advice on diet and lifestyle, dietary supplement protocols where applicable and in some cases I may recommend diagnostic testing in the form of intolerance testing or stool analysis etc.
The number of consultations you will need will very much depend on the nature of your health goals, your current state of health and how much help and guidance you require.
I deal with clients with a wide range of health issues to those who are already healthy but would like to improve their sports performance optimise their health generally or seeking to prevent illness in the future.
