Hello! I'm a Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in women's health.  I am passionate about helping women to get healthy and stay healthy,  to slow down the ageing process and to understand how nutrition and life style choices can benefit health and vitality.... for the long term.

How Nutritional Therapy can work for you

I offer personalised programmes that are tailor made for you offering sustainable realistic changes that you can make to find a healthier you. No calorie counting or low fat diets but I can show you how to make healthier choices in your everyday life that will have a beneficial impact on your health.

Whether you want to alleviate symptoms linked to women's health, have a healthy pregnancy, manage your weight or would like help to make choices about how to keep yourself in the best of health. I can support you whatever life stage you are at by helping you to make better dietary and lifestyle choices.

What to expect in the consultation

I offer 1 to 1 consultations which explore in detail your current health concerns, food intake, lifestyle factors, stress levels and sleep patterns to build a picture of your overall health and to develop a plan that is right for you. I will ask you to keep a food diary and complete a questionnaire prior to the appointment and my recommendations will help you to reach your health goal.

I will support you with step by step sustainable changes that are realistic for you using food, supplements and lifestyle recommendations.

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

BANT
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
