About me

My mission is to help people become happier and healthier by empowering them with practical, evidence-based advice. I support people with a range of different health conditions but my particular areas of interest are within the field of gastrointestinal health.

Having worked as a nurse extensively in Gastroenterology has enabled me to see first-hand how the gut relates to all other systems of the body. I felt that a conventional practice of prescribing symptom relieving medication simply wasn’t the right way. It went against my gut instinct. That is why nutritional science became the trajectory of my career and digestive health my primary focus.

Along the way, I’ve also learned that being healthy extends beyond the nutritional field and that making space for all the things that make us feel like ourselves is a crucial part of the journey. I am passionate about promoting wellness, which is rooted in nourishment, self-care and self-love.

Since setting up Nutrahope, I have not stopped helping my clients rediscover their sense of well-being from a place of compassion and with a deep appreciation of uniqueness. It is always an honour to be able to share someone’s journey with me.

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
