About me

My name is Daisy, and I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist (Dip CNM, mBANT, mANP), and founder of Tap Into Your Health. I use scientific evidence based research to implement natural methods to balance the body, mind and soul.

My interest in nutrition began after a lifetime of suffering with hormonal symptoms alongside skin conditions, and not always receiving the support I needed to get to the root cause of the issue.

I first fell in love with exercise as a way of therapy for the mind and body and obtained my personal trainer qualification in 2012, and by 2018 I migrated over to the wonderful and fascinating world of nutrition and received my diploma with distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Being a personal trainer as well as a nutritional therapist means I take a fully holistic approach to health and wellbeing to improve eating habits, physical fitness and a positive mental wellbeing.

I pride myself on listening to the individual needs you have, so that I can create non-restrictive nutrition and lifestyle plans to fit into your life, and which work towards your own personal health goals and no one else.

I specialise in women's hormone health, at all life stages, including menstrual irregularities, hormone disorders, fertility. weight loss and peri/meno.

Why Choose Tap Into Your Health?

After years of suffering with hormonal symptoms myself, I have first hand experience of implementing positive changes to achieve excellent results. I understand the frustrations my clients experience when they turn to conventional medicine and see minimal or no results with no personalised support.

I take the time, and go into extensive detail to really understand and uncover what is happening with you. I make a point of making sure the nutritional and lifestyle protocol fits into your life rather than you having to adapt your normal routine too much, this includes considering your family, lifestyle, work, relationships and social life. Small manageable changes make the world of difference, and are more likely to result in success in achieving goals.

Alongside nutritional support you may be offered exercise and lifestyle guidance as well as laboratory testing to gain further understanding of the cause of your symptoms which will help us tailor your nutrition plan.

Testimonials

'I’m so glad I discovered and went ahead with my nutritional plan with Daisy. I was feeling exhausted, lacked energy, had heada*hes on a regular occurrence, and I wanted to start eating healthier for my body, especially as I am approaching meno. Daisy has giving me knowledge and understanding I was in need of, she doesn’t put any pressure on you, and she works with you as an individual person. Talking through any problematic issues, she is so easy to talk to, will make you feel at ease. Knowing I could message her if I needed anything was also a big comfort. I have enjoyed all the new foods suggested, and taking the health supplements advised I am now feeling less tired, less bloated, and I very rarely get heada*hes now. Thank you Daisy, I will definitely recommend you to my friends.'

Jane, 49

'Thank you Daisy for advising me on both diet and lifestyle changes to alleviate symptoms of osteoarthritis. Daisy created an easy to follow holistic plan - very comprehensive and so much more than just nutritional advice. Daisy's warm, understanding and non-judgemental manner inspires conviction and trust.'

Annie, 60

'Daisy is an incredible nutritional therapist. I worked with her over several months, focusing on neurological symptom avoidance through nutrition and also making sure that I get sufficient nutritional elements in my day-to-day. Her holistic and non-judgemental approach makes it very easy to open to her and work with her on an ongoing basis.'

Polly, 27

'I went to see Daisy to seek help with my hormones and overall women health issues. After trying several experts over the last few years, I can finally say I never felt so good, both physically and mentally, as I do now with Daisy. I can only recommend her expertise and kind heart to anyone looking for an empathic and knowledgeable nutritionist.'

Chiara, 32

'Before seeing Daisy I had a very dysfunctional attitude to food which basically meant that I was trying to eat a minimal amount of food with very low-calorie content as I was terrified of gaining weight. My main symptoms were extreme low energy, heada*hes, bloating, runny nose and lack of endurance on my long runs. Before starting I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to manage the change and that it would possibly be very overwhelming changing my whole attitude to food, but this absolutely wasn’t the case. I noticed results within the first 6 weeks and my most significant results were without a doubt my energy levels and endurance when running. Also understanding the reason behind my heada*hes and runny nose.

Aside from Daisy’s easy going, friendly approach, it really helped me to keep focused and also those little issues that you think are insignificant, which I would raise in the consultation, seemingly are not! I have really enjoyed working with Daisy. I was very worried to begin with, but she didn’t overwhelm me with so much information at any one time which helped enormously. Also, the resources, recipes, supplements etc have and will continue to be part of my life now. Thank you! You have changed my life for the better and my husbands as he has changed his diet with me also.'

Lyndsey, 51

'My time working with Daisy has been amazing! I went to Daisy as I have not had my period for over a year! Daisy listened to my symptoms and came up with a plan specifically for me. Within in 3 months I got my period back! I am very grateful to Daisy for achieving what I thought at one point in my life was impossible and for helping me maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.'

Isobel, 24
