About me
Hi, I'm Catia, your gut-brain connection and weight management Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist.
I support people developing a healthier and more self-compassionate and balanced relationship with food using the principles of Nutritional Psychology, Psychology, Functional Medicine, Naturopathy, Mindful and Intuitive Eating., and Lifestyle Preventive Medicine.
I can support you with brain and gut health, mental and emotional health, weight management, stress and burnout, fatigue and sleep issues, disordered eating and addiction issues.
In my sessions you will be encouraged to look at what and how you eat and how you lead your lifestyle and how these may have been impacting your health and wellbeing.
I'm a holistic practitioner that combines the body and the mind with a unique approach tailored to your specific needs and focuses on where you are and on your strengths.
My approach is focused on key daily dietary and lifestyle habits that can help you to build physical and emotional resilience day by day to feel more confident in overcoming challenges including your relationship with food, body image, weight, energy levels and mood.
Looking forward to meeting you.
