About me

I’m Tina, a registered Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath based in London, I help people with a variety of health conditions but have a special interest in helping women with hormonal imbalances such as skin conditions, perimenopause, gut health, weight-loss, blood sugar balance and healthy ageing.

Through a detailed 60–90-minute consultation which includes your medical history from birth, I try to find the root cause to your symptoms. I use a variety of tools such as iridology, functional testing and nutrigenomics (genetic testing) to help dig deeper into what’s going on inside the body. Protocols are a combination of diet changes, supplements, herbal medicine, and lifestyle modifications.

I work online (zoom, video calls such as whatsapp, vibre or FaceTime, or telephone call) this enables me to see anyone anywhere in the world whilst you're in the comfort of your own home. I also see people in-person in Eastcote/Ruislip (northwest London) on request.

Here is one of my client google reviews:

I have had health issues for over 11 years; mainly urine infections and pain. I decided to try herbal medicine. I can't thank Tina enough for everything she has done for me.
I have been under her care for nearly a year and 'wow' what a difference. I can honestly say its the first time in years that I have been able to function properly, pain free with no more urine infections!
I have managed to have two holidays this year because I have had the energy to work hard, and earn money and go away with my daughter, confidently knowing that I have nearly fully recovered. We invest so much money into looking good aesthetically but we don't invest in our health. I will continue to invest in my health; it's so important to me, as I feel like have lost over a decade of my life that I can't get back.
Thank you so much Tina, for your support, knowledge and guidance. You're my earth angel.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Naturopathic Nutritionist – College of Naturopathic Medicine (Dip)
  • Naturopathy – College of Naturopathic Medicine (Dip)
  • Environmental Medicine – Dr Pizzorno (CNM)
  • Mycotherapy Expert – Integrative Mycomedicine Association (IMMA)
  • Nutrigenomics Practitioner Programme + advanced training – Lifecode GX

I complete hundreds of CPD hours every year in a broad range of subjects, every system in the body is interconnected and working together (no system is working alone). This gives me greater insight into understanding where the root cause(s) to different health conditions may be coming from and how symptoms are our 'bodies whispers' to imbalance.

I'm currently studying a PG in herbal medicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine after seeing some amazing results when combined with nutritional intervention for many different health problems.

I am a life-long learner and believe it’s important to continuously study and expand my expertise so I can offer my clients the very best.
