About me

I’m Tina, a registered Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath and Nutrigenomics Practitioner based in Eastcote/Ruislip London. I help people find the root cause to their health conditions by treating the source - not just the symptoms.

I don't focus on just one speciality, I work with a wide range of health conditions because every body system is intricately connected, no body part is working in isolation. My holistic approach considers the bigger picture, helping to uncover the underlying patterns contributing to your symptoms.

I combine traditional methods with evidence-based practices, including nutrition, herbal medicine and naturopathy. I also incorporate iridology, functional testing and nutrigenomics to provide a deeper understanding of your unique health needs.

I've completed additional training to help those with acid reflux and GORD to manage their symptoms naturally, and safe PPI removal where appropriate.

The combination of nutrition, herbal medicine and naturopathy can help manage a wide range of health conditions such as: skin issues, digestion, hormone imbalances, immune dysfunction, stress and nervous system conditions, urinary problems, fatigue, blood sugar imbalances, cirulatory conditions and weight management.

I work online (zoom, video calls such as whatsapp, vibre or FaceTime, or telephone call) this enables me to see anyone anywhere in the world whilst you're in the comfort of your own home. I also see people in-person in Eastcote/Ruislip (northwest London) on request.

Here is one of my client google reviews:

I have had health issues for over 11 years; mainly urine infections and pain. I decided to try herbal medicine. I can't thank Tina enough for everything she has done for me.
I have been under her care for nearly a year and 'wow' what a difference. I can honestly say its the first time in years that I have been able to function properly, pain free with no more urine infections!
I have managed to have two holidays this year because I have had the energy to work hard, and earn money and go away with my daughter, confidently knowing that I have nearly fully recovered. We invest so much money into looking good aesthetically but we don't invest in our health. I will continue to invest in my health; it's so important to me, as I feel like have lost over a decade of my life that I can't get back.
Thank you so much Tina, for your support, knowledge and guidance. You're my earth angel.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
