About me

Hi there, I'm Sian, a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in helping women achieve optimal health and wellness by creating sustainable lifestyle and nutrition habits focusing on diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation.

My goal is for you to get to the root cause of your symptoms, feel more energised, less stressed, healthier and have a better balance in your life.

As a nutritionist, I understand that women face unique challenges when it comes to achieving energy and calm. That's why I focus on developing individualised plans that incorporate whole, nutrient-dense foods to support sustained energy throughout the day and promote relaxation and stress reduction.

If you suffer from fatigue,  lack of energy, stress, low mood, hormonal imbalances (such as thyroid, sex hormones), skin conditions, bloating, gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms, you are struggling with weight loss or you would simply gain more understanding around eating a balanced diet, you may benefit from a consultation.

My expertise includes creating meal plans tailored to your specific needs and goals, and providing education on healthy eating habits to ensure long-term success. I also offer guidance on lifestyle changes, such as incorporating regular exercise and developing stress-reducing habits, to help you achieve optimal health and wellness.

I'm committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field of nutrition, and I'm passionate about empowering women to take control of their health and well-being.

If you're ready to transform your life by improving your energy and finding balance and calm, I'm here to help. Contact me to schedule a consultation and begin your journey towards a healthier, happier you today.

What happens in a nutrition consultation?
Your first consultation will last up to 60 minutes. I'll ask you to complete and send back a nutritional therapy questionnaire before your visit. During the session, we’ll go into your medical history, your health goals and any other challenges you’re facing, what you generally eat, what you like to eat, what you hate to eat and how you have to eat (on the bus, in a rush at your desk, and so on). There’s no judgement and anything you share with me is confidential.

I offer a range of services:

➡️ Nutrition Review - know what you need, but not sure how to get there? Or just looking to make improvements to your diet through small dietary changes. This session is suitable for someone looking to make improvements to their diet through small dietary changes and who wants to have a clear plan of action to follow that will get them results.

➡️ 1:1 Coaching - 12-week program designed to enable you to finally take back the reins on your health, reconnect with your body’s needs, balance your system and establish the way you nourish your body for the long term.
- sessions can be tailored to your needs, with varying support, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis
- recipes and meal plans
- supplement advice, if necessary
- functional testing recommendations and analysis of results

➡️ Well Balanced Woman - gain clarity on your hormonal health with specialised hormone testing. This session included a DUTCH Test, short for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones, an advanced diagnostic tool used to assess hormonal balance within the body. Together, we will use the results to create a personalised nutrition plan, considering specific dietary recommendations, potential supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments, to help you feel healthier and improve your total hormonal picture.
