About me
As a Nutritional Therapist I will work closely with you, usually on an individual basis, to conduct a holistic assessment of nutritional requirements. I will listen to your symptoms and health concerns. I will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand nutritional factors affecting your health. I will then put an individual programme for diet and supplementation together for you. I will help you to understand how these changes might contribute to symptomatic relief and optimised health. In this way, I will empower you to support your overall health and wellbeing through nourishing the body and mind for a more balanced state through applied nutrition.
