About me

As a Nutritional Therapist I will work closely with you, usually on an individual basis, to conduct a holistic assessment of nutritional requirements. I will listen to your symptoms and health concerns. I will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand nutritional factors affecting your health. I will then put an individual programme for diet and supplementation together for you. I will help you to understand how these changes might contribute to symptomatic relief and optimised health. In this way, I will empower you to support your overall health and wellbeing through nourishing the body and mind for a more balanced state through applied nutrition.

Training, qualifications & experience

Hello my name is Shelley, I specialise in supporting those going through treatment/survivors and autoimmune conditions. I trained in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy from the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine.  As part of my training I have completed 100's of hours in clinical practice and have undertaken additional postgraduate training, including the NTEC accredited 'Systems Approach to Cancer'. I specialise in supporting autoimmune conditions, healthy ageing, treatment/survivorship wellbeing, men's health and gut health. I am an integrative Mycomedicine association expert, hold specialist nutrigenomics training and have certified health coaching skills. I am a certified yoga teacher and level 4 cancer exercise specialist.
