About me
There's a lot of information to digest (no pun). If it simplifies things, arrange a no obligation, no fee discovery call and decide first and foremost if we fit!
As with most things in life, therapeutic input is a relationship of sorts. If its doesn't vibe, it rarely works.
************************************
At the helm of Food Script Nutrition is Sarah Morton, a highly specialist, state registered Dietitian with almost 14 years experience in both the NHS and Private Practice (Priory/Nuffield Health/Sancta Maria Hospital).
How Can I Help You?
Passionate about health but also about our relationship with food, Sarah will bring her many years of behaviour change techniques, significant clinical knowledge but most importantly her compassion to provide individualised bespoke advice based on YOUR specific nutritional needs.
This is non-diet dietetics. Sarah does not subscribe to calorie counting, generalised meal plans*, one size fits all, public weighing / shaming etc.
Rather it is motivationally targeted gentle nutrition with the client front and centre.
Sarah is happy to liaise with other professionals involved in your care however this will always be with your consent.
*The only caveat to the above is when working with eating disorder clients whereby specific meal plans may be necessary as part of the initial treatment/refeeding process.
******** Please Note - I am unable to offer work experience or shadowing opportunities. I am however happy to have a chat with any prospective dietetic students about the profession. ******
