About me

Hi, I'm Sarah, North West London and Hendon based Nutritional Therapist. I am passionate about healthy eating and the power that good food has on our health and happiness.

I see clients for a variety of health conditions, with special interests in Autoimmune conditions, Bone and Joint Health, Blood Sugar Management, Digeston Health, Female Health, Liver Detoxification and Weight Management.

Enjoying food that is healthy, wholesome and balanced (most of the time!) is key to nutritional success. We are only human and eating well is not about perfection. For me, it’s about learning how to make the right choices, and developing lasting healthy habits.

Being a mother of 2 little girls, I am fully aware of the needs many mothers have in keeping their children and family well. I like to give practical advise about providing convenient healthy meals and snacks, plus keeping a positive attitude to food. I am always amazed at the difference even the smallest nutritional tweaks can make.

Clients will always leave the consultation with their own bespoke health optimisation programme, lots of good food ideas, and if relevant a supplemental plan that is aimed at underpinning their dietary protocol. All recommendations will be tailored to fit their individual lifestyle and with an understanding of how they can begin to naturally support their own health goal.

Testimonials

“Sarah listened to my concerns and addressed the ones we identified for this appointment. She was very friendly, approachable and welcoming. She also took the time, beforehand, to create a meal planner for me. Thank you Sarah.”

“I have found Sarah’s advice enlightening, as she has demonstrated that adopting a healthier way of eating does not have to be an overwhelming process but instead an adjustment of current eating habits, giving me lots of simple tips to make meals not just healthier, but also more delicious with clever use of flavour combinations, herbs and spices. Thank you Sarah – your advice has been invaluable”

“What stood out to me was that Sarah was very understanding and gave prior attention to preparing helpful advice and suggestions. She has a very caring approach and organised the session to cover all the areas I needed advice/help with.”
