Would you like less stress & more freedom from overwhelm?

I'm Becs an Integrative Health Coach, combining powerful coaching with nutrition.

You will be supported by me every step of the way so the changes you make stick. We will uncover old limiting patterns of behaviour that keep you stuck & you will be able to move on from these.

You are motivated to make changes in your life and willing to try new things. You are open to looking in a different direction for exciting results?

Are you stuck in old conditioned patterns of thinking & rumination?

Let's start with your present moment experience & begin to uncover the limiting beliefs that stop you moving forward.

We will also look at a nourishing diet close to nature to support your body & mind.

What to expect from your first session?

You are unique & there is no one size fits all. I will listen to what your goals are & what you want to achieve. A comprehensive plan will be devised to suit your lifestyle & your expectations.

As well as going through your health history we will look at patterns that keep you stuck.

We will have regular weekly contact to keep you on track and will we will uncover any limiting beliefs, barriers to establish real and lasting change.

I work online or face to face.

Nutritional therapy is never recommended as a replacement for medical advice & will work alongside healthcare professionals.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

We all have our own story and mine led me to become passionate about health and understanding myself on a much deeper level.

My journey of exploration into where our experience is coming from & how our thoughts create our reality has allowed me more space to enjoy life. I have a far greater personal freedom around overwhelm and I am able to spend more time in the present than I ever did as I was so stuck in my thinking.

I had my daughter in 2010 and afterwards I was diagnosed with autoimmune overactive thyroid (Grave's), gynocological problems, rosacea which all point to underlying hormonal & problems with digestion. We also had a long journey to conceiving a second child.

I retrained as Nutritional Therapist at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, so that I can now use my knowledge, passion and advice to help other women feel their best and in control.

I want to empower women to regain their mental health and vitality through diet and coaching. My areas of interest are mental health, hormones & weight loss. I will make nutrition approachable, fun and not based in deprivation. It is so important that you can still enjoy life and I am here to support you.
