Hello, I'm Rebecca, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and the founder of Rebecca Rose Nutrition. I provide personalised 1:1 Nutritional Therapy and support both in-person in Hackney, London, and online, reaching clients all across the country.
I am an advocate for promoting a healthy and holistic lifestyle, which stems from my own health journey. As a result, I have naturally specialised in gut health and women's wellbeing, witnessing the positive impact nutritional therapy has had on me as well as others. I am dedicated to helping my clients in these areas and also work with individuals dealing with various health conditions, ranging from skin issues to healthy weight loss, as well as those seeking guidance to optimise their diets and better their health.
Beyond improving my clients' health, I want them to feel inspired by food, enjoy cooking, and dining out without stress or discomfort. It's about finding joy and fulfilment in nourishing our bodies and minds.
My consultations are bespoke and I work closely with each client in order to understand their end goals and health concerns. Using a naturopathic framework, my aim is to find the root cause of an illness or condition making advice both practical and achievable and advise a plan tailored to you. I believe lifestyle practices and mindset are just as important as eating well. This includes for example exercise, meditation/breath work and sleep hygiene.
Working with diet and lifestyle changes, supplementation and testing if necessary, clients can expect the following after initial consultation with me.
- 1 x 60-70 minutes Initial Consultation
- 45 minutes Follow-Up Consultations
Prior to the consultation, I will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary, so I am able to get a thorough understanding of your health concerns, goals, and requirements. The initial consultation will last around 60-70 minutes, where I take a thorough case history, looking at all your systems in the body using the functional medicine framework, and complete a dietary analysis.

- GP referral letters for NHS tests if necessary I may recommend testing, which will be either through GP or a testing company.
- Functional medicine testing is an additional cost.
- If any tests have been done, I can interpret them for you.
My specialisms include: female hormonal health, gut health, general health and well being, skin, mental health and stress management, fatigue and energy levels, weight management, lifestyle advice, and immunity.
Note: I do not work with EDS
I regularly attend CPD events, such as workshops, talks, webinars, and seminars to keep up to date with the ever-evolving world of science in nutrition, so I can share this wealth of information with my clients.
When I'm not in the clinic you can find me practising yoga, experimenting with recipes and sharing them with friends, family, clients via my blog and social media.
