About me

Hi I'm Rebecca, a Gut Health Nutritional Therapist based in Hackney. My passion for nutrition started with my own health struggles. After experiencing how gut and hormone imbalances have impacted my wellbeing, this led me to naturally specialise in digestive health and women’s wellness. I have experienced firsthand the transformative benefits of nutritional therapy, both in my own life and in the lives of my clients.

I am an advocate for promoting a healthy and holistic lifestyle. Beyond improving my clients' health, I want them to feel inspired by food, enjoy cooking, and dine out without stress or discomfort. It's about finding joy and fulfilment in nourishing our bodies and minds.

I provide personalised 1:1 Nutritional Therapy and support both in-person in Hackney, London, and online, reaching clients all across the country. If you're ready to start feeling better book your free discovery call with me today.

My consultations are bespoke, and I work closely with each client to understand their goals and health concerns. Using a naturopathic framework, I aim to uncover the root causes of illnesses or conditions, making my advice practical, achievable, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that lifestyle practices and mindset are just as important as eating well, whether it's exercise, meditation/breath work, or sleep hygiene.

Before our consultation, I will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary, so I can gain a thorough understanding of your health concerns, goals, and requirements. The initial consultation will last around 60-70 minutes, where I take a detailed case history, look at all your systems using the functional medicine framework, and complete a dietary analysis.

What's included in my packages:

1 x 60-70 minutes Initial Consultation
45 minute Follow-Up Consultations

Health questionnaire + food diary analysis
Pre-consultation research
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan
Supplement recommendations and discount on the Natural Dispensary
Recipes and meal ideas
Shopping lists
Informational handouts
GP referral letters for NHS tests if necessary
I may recommend testing, which will be either through your GP or a testing company. Functional medicine testing is an additional cost. If any tests have been done, I can interpret them for you.

Testimonials

"Rebecca helped me get back to healthier habits by sharing her nutritional knowledge as well as delicious recipes.
I found Rebecca kind and non judgemental. Helping me work out what was best for me. Also offering some precious advice on how to tackle PMS and perimenopause.
Almost a year on, I have a more balanced relationship with food and a better understanding of nutritional benefits of various ailments. My energy levels are much higher and I even managed to shed a few kilos…
I would highly recommend Rebecca and her delicious, holistic, mood boosting recipes! "

"I was having a hard time adapting to the changes brought about by menopausal hormones. I wanted to lose a bit of weight but all my old methods were no longer working for me. Rebecca took a holistic approach and listened to all of my complaints and symptoms, not just focusing on weight loss. We then worked together for a few sessions to tweak and adapt my plan. I've learnt that fibre is hugely important as is patience. I've very much enjoyed working with Rebecca and would not hesitate to recommend her."

"Rebecca really took her time to understand my issue and worries from a wide angle, not only focusing on gut health but on all the aspects that could also be improved, such as my sleep routine and health, my periods, mental and physical health. At the end of our sessions and work together I had more knowledge on how to eat in a more nutritious way while also feeding loads of goodness to my gut."

"I went to Rebecca for general nutrition support. She asked a lot of very good questions that made me think about my health and what I was eating. What was interesting was how many things were affected by my nutrition. Some things I thought were just things humans went through but actually Rebecca was able to recognise what ailments can be supported with food. The information she gave was extremely thorough and well thought out. The best thing to come out of the sessions was my energy improvement. When you actually follow the advice & information she gives, your energy levels are undeniably improved. This was a massive breakthrough for me as I was having regular afternoon naps. Thanks Rebecca!"

"As soon as I met Rebecca I felt relaxed, at ease and knew that I was in the best hands. I came to our first session burnt out, stressed and unable to comprehend how to make positive changes in my life. Rebecca was wonderful, kind and understanding. Her approach is holistic in the full sense of the word; she helped me assess my daily habits, diet, movement and work/life habits to develop a realistic plan to nurture my body and calm my mind. She is respectful, attentive and compassionate, truly understanding the multi-faceted approach to nutrition and feeling well. Rebecca gave me the support to make sustainable changes to my daily routines, and I can honestly say I feel better than ever! I can't recommend Rebecca enough!"

"I think Rebecca is special because she genuinely sees the whole human being, including all the messy bits. Unlike my previous experiences with nutritionists, I never felt as if she was trying to impose a so-called 'perfect' regimen on me.
Rebecca is so warm and down-to-earth - I always came away from our sessions feeling enthusiastic and energised, rather than the impending doom of having to 'be better' at everything. I have been so impressed with the clarity and quality of all the personalised handouts she has sent me, and I refer to them all the time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for positive, practical advice."

"I was intrigued with Rebecca's approach and passion. Our work started with my allergy which was bothering me for months. But her advice helped me beyond this. We had a good look at my blood results and added some supplements into my programme to strengthen my immune system. Her approach and extra support was very helpful into developing healthier habits and understanding why certain nutritional combinations work better"
