About me

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and I can help with a range of dietary and lifestyle conditions. I work with people who are experiencing weight and stress issues and help to identify any imbalances that may be taking place.  Every one of us is unique, so together we will work out the best way forward to help you.

I am also a licensed practitioner for the Understanding Your Eating programme, which has been designed to help people who are aware that their overeating is driven by emotions rather than hunger.

Please contact me for a free 20 minute discovery call to see how Nutritional Therapy  works and how it may be of benefit to you. During this first call, we will discuss your needs and what to expect from our sessions, which will be tailored towards your goals.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist, having graduated with a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. I am registered and regulated by BANT and the CNHC and I work to a strict code of conduct.

I am a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders, and I hold certificates in Essential Obesity: Psychological Approaches and Nutritional Interventions for Eating Disorders from the National Centre for Eating Disorders.

I am also a Julia Buckroyd trained Understanding Your Eating Practitioner, which is a programme designed to help people who realise their eating is more emotional than hunger based.
