About me
Hello! I'm Nisha, my passion is supporting women over 40 to navigate the health and well-being rollercoaster that life throws at you. I offer face-to-face consultations in my Harpenden and Hatfield clinics and video and telephone consultations.
When you buy a package from me you get:
- A bespoke meal plan and recipes
- Full health history review
- Weekly follow-ups
- Existing and weekly food diary reviews
- Supplement plan.
After a decade of working in the City, I decided to pursue my passion for nutrition and enrolled at the College of Naturopathic Medicine to study Nutritional Therapy. During this time, I found that the inequalities women face in the workplace are made worse when perimenopause kicks in. This was when I found my calling and founded Forty Plus Nutrition. I wanted to share my knowledge with the world on how using natural evidence-based methods, we can manage perimenopausal symptoms.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
