About me

Women's & Paediatric Nutritional Therapy

About

Molly is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Mindfulness Practitioner. She helps people struggling with their mental health and behaviour by identifying and targeting the underlying drivers of their symptoms.

Personalised Support

Molly utilises functional testing (via labs such as Regenerus Laboratories), along with personalised dietary & lifestyle interventions and targeted supplementation to address unique underlying imbalances, helping to improve emotional well-being and enhance quality of life.

The Process

Step One: Assess

Prior to the Initial Assessment, you will go through the process of detailing health history by completing a comprehensive questionnaire. Molly then spends 60 minutes with you in the Initial Assessment, discussing symptoms and what you hope to achieve with Nutritional Therapy. You will be asked to tell your whole story, from your pregnancy, through to present day to discover and connect the dots between all of the layers that have lead to where you are today.

Step Two (optional): Test

No two people’s condition is the same, even if the diagnosis is identical. Recognising that everyone’s body, biochemistry and history is unique, is an important part of creating an intervention that really works. Although testing is not required to partake in a programme, in order to better understand unique imbalances, Molly can recommend functional testing.

Step Three: Implement

Once a roadmap is established for working forwards, Molly will walk you through the step-by-step implementation of your interventions and hold your hand the entire way. Each session Molly will assess progress, and build on the positive changes.

Testimonials

"When I began working with Molly, I felt like I was living under a cloud, a cloud that varied in density every day but nevertheless a cloud. Desperation, anger, frustration and confusion were my day to day emotions. I wasn’t happy. Over the course of the last 5 months, I have learnt who I am again, reconnected with my values but also embarked on a journey of discovery, a journey, I’m excited and thankful to continue on. Needless to say, my health; physical, emotional and mental has benefitted beyond words as has that of my relationships and my family. It’s been a transformational process and one I’m so grateful for. The Sun has come out again!” - Emma

"After 4 months of changing my eating habits and using supplements, I am no longer in pain. I didn't realise how much certain habits have such an effect on your body. It's not just my body, but my mental health has improved massively. Because Molly has such a wealth of knowledge and explains everything in a way I can understand, I find it easier to stick to my protocol and I know the changes I have made will last a lifetime. Having no pain means I feel I am able to do more rather than being curled up crying in bed. You have honestly changed my life Molly and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Molly, plus the recipes are delicious!" - Jo

"When I started working with Molly, my pain was continuous, I was struggling with significant bloating and severe fatigue. Working with Molly was a real eye opener - she gave me so much knowledge and her kind and compassionate manner made me feel properly listened to and understood. By the end of our time working together my pain has significantly reduced, and I've had the least painful period I have ever had! I no longer struggle with bloating and I have so much more energy throughout the day. Working with Molly was a life-changing process and I would highly recommend it to anyone struggling." - Hannah

“Despite having extensive laparoscopic surgery 3 months prior to working with Molly, I was still suffering from heavy chronic pelvic pain, horrible pain with my monthly cycle, fatigue and low mood. I am beyond grateful for all the support I was given. I was inspired me to trust in my healing process. I feel so much better. The pain is much less throughout the month and my period is more bearable. I feel much more energized and I got pregnant within 2 months of trying - I am convinced this is thanks to the things I've learned from you. Thank you so much for everything. I would recommend Molly to anyone who is struggling.” - Nora
