The Process
Want to know more about what it’s like to work with me?

Every single client is assessed differently and has a bespoke, personalised program, but here is an overview of my process and what you might expect.

1) Full Medical History & Deep Dive

Before your first appointment, you complete a set of comprehensive forms detailing your health and life history. Everything matters. Your family, trauma, previous test results, where you’ve lived, what you’ve already tried. I also want to see any previous test results, previous protocols, diets and strategies.

We then spend 90 minutes diving into every detail of your life. I’m going to ask you to tell me your WHOLE story, from your mothers pregnancy with you, through to present day and we’re going to walk through your timeline together to discover and connect the dots between all of the layers that have added together to lead to your current situation.

2) Functional & Investigative Testing

No two people’s illness is the same, even if their diagnosis is identical. Recognising that everyone’s body, biochemistry and history is unique, is an important part of creating an intervention that really works.

I work with the person with the condition, not just the condition itself.

In order to better understand what is happening at the root of the symptoms or disease, I often use investigative or functional testing. Some of the tests are the same as those used conventionally in mainstream medicine, and some are only available privately at an additional cost.

Examples of tests that I commonly work with include genetic, hormone, and microbiome testing.

Testing is not required for us to work together.

3) Implementation & Collaborative Work

Once we have a roadmap for working forwards, we then dive in to do the work! I will walk you through the step-by-step implementation of your interventions and hold your hand the entire way.

Each session we will assess your progress, and build on the positive changes, enabling an informed and empowered way forward towards your goals.

Any test results will feed into the big picture and provide us with a deeper level of understanding about you, your biochemistry, and can enable a more targeted direction for your intervention and support.

Testimonials

"When I began working with Molly, I felt like I was living under a cloud, a cloud that varied in density every day but nevertheless a cloud. Desperation, anger, frustration and confusion were my day to day emotions. I wasn’t happy. Over the course of the last 5 months, I have learnt who I am again, reconnected with my values but also embarked on a journey of discovery, a journey, I’m excited and thankful to continue on. Needless to say, my health; physical, emotional and mental has benefitted beyond words as has that of my relationships and my family. It’s been a transformational process and one I’m so grateful for. The Sun has come out again!” - Emma

"After 4 months of changing my eating habits and using supplements, I am no longer in pain. I didn't realise how much certain habits have such an effect on your body. It's not just my body, but my mental health has improved massively. Because Molly has such a wealth of knowledge and explains everything in a way I can understand, I find it easier to stick to my protocol and I know the changes I have made will last a lifetime. Having no pain means I feel I am able to do more rather than being curled up crying in bed. You have honestly changed my life Molly and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Molly, plus the recipes are delicious!" - Jo

"When I started working with Molly, my pain was continuous, I was struggling with significant bloating and severe fatigue. Working with Molly was a real eye opener - she gave me so much knowledge and her kind and compassionate manner made me feel properly listened to and understood. By the end of our time working together my pain has significantly reduced, and I've had the least painful period I have ever had! I no longer struggle with bloating and I have so much more energy throughout the day. Working with Molly was a life-changing process and I would highly recommend it to anyone struggling." - Hannah

“Despite having extensive laparoscopic surgery 3 months prior to working with Molly, I was still suffering from heavy chronic pelvic pain, horrible pain with my monthly cycle, fatigue and low mood. I am beyond grateful for all the support I was given. I was inspired me to trust in my healing process. I feel so much better. The pain is much less throughout the month and my period is more bearable. I feel much more energized and I got pregnant within 2 months of trying - I am convinced this is thanks to the things I've learned from you. Thank you so much for everything. I would recommend Molly to anyone who is struggling.” - Nora
