About me
Hi my name is Julie. I work with a variety of people who would like to get to the root cause of their health issues. I work with evidence-based research. I believe strongly that food is a very powerful healing tool and what we put in our bodies influences our health and wellbeing dramatically.
Each one of us is uniquely different and will require a specifically tailored plan to work for your body and healing journey. I take a particular interest in supporting women's health, gut health and histamine intolerance. I work 1 to 1 on Zoom and offer a free discovery call to tell you a little more about how nutritional therapy could work for you in your unique situation. Healing starts on the inside.
