Hi, my name is Julie and I'm a Nutritional Therapist working with a variety of people who would like to get to the root cause of their health issues.
Using evidence-based research, I am able to support my clients with all health conditions and life stages using food, lifestyle changes and natural supplements where necessary, and work alongside any medications you may be taking and in liaison with your GP.
I believe strongly that food is a very powerful healing tool and what we put in our bodies influences our health and wellbeing dramatically.
You may be looking for support with a chronic illness, have a number of ‘mysterious’ gut health symptoms that you’ve been tolerating for some time, feel low in energy, have achy joints, have difficulty sleeping, be experiencing fertility or women's health issues, on medications or just concerned that your health isn’t what it once was.
Each one of us is uniquely different and will require a specifically tailored plan to work for your body and healing journey. I take a particular interest in supporting women's health, gut health and histamine intolerance.
I mostly work online via a 1 to 1 session on Zoom, however in some cases, I am able to offer in-person consultations, so please get in touch to discuss this in more detail.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
