About me

I'm Jessica Fonteneau, a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specialising in skin health, food allergies/intolerances, histamine and MCAS . With a deep understanding of nutritional imbalances, I work closely with clients, assessing how these factors contribute to their health concerns.

Having personally experienced the challenges of skin and gut issues since childhood, my mission is to empower others facing similar struggles. I've supported numerous clients in transforming their diets to manage flares and find relief.

Through personalised assessments and, if needed, functional testing such as nutrigenomics and stool analysis, I tailor recommendations to each person's unique needs. My goal is to provide not just relief but a pathway to understanding and managing these debilitating conditions.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have been working in clinic with individuals, groups and offering self-guided programmes since 2014. I have an MSc in Transdisciplinary Practice and my dissertation was entitled "‘Examine how nutrition maybe used as a complementary tool for chronic Atopic Eczema/Dermatitis (AD) Support"

I also have a DipIoN, qualifying me to be a Registered Nutritional Therapist, CNHC and Nutritionist mBANT.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
