I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist working with people throughout the UK.
I am based across both London and Nottingham and currently offer all my consultations online. In London, I can be found as the Nutritionist London.
If you've been told you've got pre-diabetes and you don't know where to start or how to cut through all the information out there, and you want a more personalised and tailored approach just for you then that is where I can help. It can be a worrying time but with the right support that I can offer you can take control of your own health and understand what's best for you in terms of your diet and lifestyle.
I will work with you to create a bespoke plan and programme just for you looking at your whole body system including any other underlying symptoms or health concerns you may have. Some of the key aspects we will work on include balancing blood sugar levels, weight loss (if needed), learning about the different macro and micronutrients in your diet and any changes you might need to make. All of my programmes and consultations are based on long term sustainable changes and not any overnight quick fix fads that won't last.
So if you want any help in managing your own health concerns or you're looking for that long-term and sustainable approach to weight loss then please get in touch for a free 20 minute call.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
