About me

Supporting gut health, long-term conditions & neurological recovery

Hello, I’m Fiona, a Registered Dietitian with 25+ years of experience helping adults improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition.

I specialise in gut health, diabetes management, heart health, and neurological rehabilitation, including traumatic brain and spinal cord injury.

My aim is to help you eat with confidence, manage symptoms, and feel well again, without confusion or restriction.

How I Can Help
Gut Health & Digestive Issues
If you live with IBS, bloating, constipation or diarrhoea, my Gut R.E.S.E.T Method helps identify triggers, ease symptoms and restore gut comfort.

Type 2 Diabetes
Support to stabilise blood sugar, improve energy and make lasting dietary changes.

Neurological Conditions & Recovery
Tailored nutrition for strength, energy and recovery after injury or illness, including brain and spinal cord rehabilitation.

Heart Health & General Wellness
Guidance to help lower cholesterol, manage blood pressure and improve overall well-being.

What to Expect
We’ll begin with a free discovery call to understand your goals and discuss how I can help. After your first appointment you will receive a personalised nutrition plan built around your lifestyle and medical needs.

Appointments are offered online or in person, and I’m recognised by major private health insurers.

 Why Clients Choose Me
With a background in community rehabilitation and long-term condition care, I know how challenging recovery and dietary change can feel.
My approach is practical, compassionate and realistic, helping you make sustainable improvements to your health.
