About me

I’m a fully registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (DipION, MBANT, RCNHC) based in Bushey, Hertfordshire, passionate about empowering families to truly thrive with good nutrition.

I specialise in family health, children's nutrition, women’s hormones, weight loss, digestive and gut health. Trained in the functional medicine model, I take a 360 degree approach to health, exploring all elements of your diet, symptoms and lifestyle to consider the whole picture. Together we put in place a long term, personalised, nutrition programme that works for you.

I offer nutrition consultations for both adults and children, working to identify the root cause of symptoms to support optimum health. All programmes are tailored to a client's individual needs and include personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations, recipes, meal planning, supplements (if applicable) and practical tips and tools to help achieve the best results possible.

I am also trained to recommend functional health testing - urine, blood, stool testing - where appropriate, using leading private laboratories and can help with the interpretation of test results.

As a busy mum I understand the challenges of a demanding family life and aim to make changes simple, achievable and practical (especially for children), so you can feel the long term benefits and joy of eating well for life.

I am based in Bushey, Hertfordshire and provide in person clinic appointments or online consultations from wherever you are in the world. I offer a free initial telephone appointment to discuss your needs and how I can help.

Testimonials

"Emily has such a wonderful, kind approach and is so knowledgeable, I can not recommend her enough or the difference she has made in the way that I approach food now and my overall health."  Shelley
