About me

I am here to support you to optimise your nutrition and lifestyle and build stronger resilience to life’s challenges.

Perhaps you’re feeling unnaturally tired and lacking in energy. Or you are not managing to get back to yourself after suffering with a virus. You may have been diagnosed by your GP with an autoimmune disease or another chronic disease.

I can work with you on your diet and lifestyle regimen, to support getting you back to your optimal health, and feeling great again.

It is important to note that nutritional therapy is not instead of your GP advice or NHS treatment, but sits alongside, and compliments it.

All programmes are tailored to you and your health goals. I specialise in immune system imbalances, autoimmunity, food intolerances and sensitivities, and healthy aging. The body is a web of complex networking systems so we tend to work across functional imbalances in the body until we get you to where you want to be.

Training, qualifications & experience

Qualified with a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy at Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Full member of BANT and CNHC. Member of CPD-UK for continued professional development. Qualified with Lifecode GX as a Certified Practitioner in Nutrigenomics. Experienced in Functional Blood Testing.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
