As a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist, practising in Chelmsford, Grays (Essex) and Online, I have a wealth of experience in helping clients reach their health goals and full potential. I'm passionate about showing you simple and practical ways of eating for robust health, function and longevity. I provide One to One consultations and Weight Loss programmes tailoring nutritional plans around the individuals needs and lifestyle to ensure success.

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.


Naturopathic Nutrition Association

The Naturopathic Nutrition Association was formed by a group of Nutritional Therapists who passionately believe in the benefits of the naturopathic approach to nutrition. By working alongside a UK regulatory body for Naturopathy and other naturopathically-minded professional associations, the NNA aims to both promote to the public the benefits of naturopathic nutrition and encourage Nutritional Therapists to develop further therapeutic skills.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Initial Consultation 75 minutes (£90)

This is where we discuss your health concerns. We look at past medical conditions, family medical history, previous dietary habits, administered medication, lifestyle factors and sleep patterns. You will receive a personalised plan including recommendations after the consultation.

Follow-up Consultations 30-45 minutes (£60)

To assess how the plan is going for you and make any changes. You will receive an updated plan after your follow up.

Bespoke Nutrition Plan £45

Bespoke plan for condition of your choice (Allergy free, Vegan nutrition, etc.).

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a nutritionist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
