About me

I'm a registered Nutritional Therapist with a specialist interest in female health. I work predominantly with midlife women to create their own health map - to understand the underlying cause of their symptoms and to determine which nutrition and lifestyle adjustments can help support them. Whether you need support for your specific symptoms or quite simply want to feel better but don't know where to start, I'd love to help.

I have a passion for food and spent 20 years working in the food industry. Having experienced the transformative effect of nutritional therapy first hand, I now combine my love of food with evidence-based nutrition to help support women’s health. I work with women across a wide range of health concerns from hormonal imbalances, weight gain and chronic stress to digestive and gut health, fatigue and low mood.

My goal is to help you create long term, sustainable changes to your health. I have a food-first approach, adding in supportive foods and creating a healthy way of eating that works for you. This is not about restrictive diets, meal plans or making eating dull. We'll also look at lifestyle - stress, sleep, exercise and environment to identify areas needing support. We'll explore what healthy means to you, your relationship with food, your lifestyle habits and the goals you want to achieve.

If you're considering working with a Nutritional Therapist and want to find out more about how nutritional therapy could help and whether I'm the right person for you, please do get in touch.  I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call.

I'd love to hear from you.
