About me

Hello! and a very warm welcome to my page. I am Adele Appleton, nutrition and weight-loss coach, and I help women in their 40's, 50's and beyond to lose weight, turn back the clock and feel good about themselves again.

Have you found, as the years have crept on so has the weight? Are you suffering with poor digestion, feeling more tired than you used to with a few more achy joints? Perhaps you wish your mind was a bit clearer and you could get a good night's sleep?

I can help! I've been there, worn the T shirt and come out the other side and I now help women who are struggling with weight gain, health niggles and problems associated with getting older, find their own magic formula that turns back the clock for them and gives them their life back.

You really can feel like your old self again and I would love to show you how simple dietary and lifestyle choices can have a huge impact on your health, without leaving you feeling deprived.

I design coaching programmes around your lifestyle, to help you reach your target weight and keep it off. Alongside your bespoke eating plan, I offer regular coaching sessions to help you to overcome any personal barriers to weight loss, such as comfort eating.

Here's what some of my clients have to say:

"OMG! I broke my own rule and weighed myself this morning, I'm down 1 stone 2.5 lbs! So chuffed and wanted to share with you". Steph, Colwyn Bay."

"I feel great, and the bloating has gone. I used to look pregnant but my stomach is a lot flatter now and my energy levels have increased - thank you so much!" Debbie, Poynton."

"I've just done my annual weigh in after Christmas and I’m pleased to say for the FIRST time ever I’ve lost a pound! I feel so much better and can’t thank you enough."
Karen, Hazel Grove

I also help clients transition to vegan and vegetarian diets, putting together meal plans which include all key nutrients, to ensure they enjoy optimum health whilst eating the kind of food that makes them feel good.

If you are interested in learning more about how I can help you, please get in touch. I would like to offer you a complementary 30 minute consultation, to talk about what you need to start your own health transformation journey. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information

For me to fully understand your current health concerns and your goals, and to work with you through a new eating plan, consider supplements and possible clinical testing, I like to support my clients over a period of time. I find this method always delivers the best results for my clients. ‘One-off’ appointments don’t allow us the time to get to the root cause of your symptoms.

All health programmes run for 12 weeks and prices start from £295 (payment plans available).

Please contact me on 07790 261914 or email me to book in for your free 30 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit, and between us we can decide which is the best package for you.

I also offer Food Intolerance Testing for £130.

When I work

Appointments available during the day and also at evenings and weekends.

Further information

I work in a beautiful log cabin, in a quiet, leafy corner of Poynton, Cheshire where you are most welcome to come and see me for a cup of herbal tea and an 'in person' consultation. However, I also offer consultations over Zoom, Skype or telephone if you prefer.
