Hi, I'm Sylwia, a registered nutritional therapist and health coach. I specialise in gut health and conditions that are the consequences of compromised gut.
To successfully address any gut problems you need dive deep into the different aspects of gut health. Including the relationship between food, emotions, gut bugs, stress, lifestyle habits and medication that contribute to or exacerbate gut discomfort.
I do the detective work needed to get answers about root causes and life events that may have thrown gut function out of balance and educate and support my clients to get things under control, reduce or totally resolve all gut problems.
The world is full of too many scary or dark messages about living with deliberating gut issues.

As a registered nutritional therapist and health coach, I partner with you in this journey to learn about your body. I educate you about gut health and help you sort through the good and bad information out there.
The worst part of any gut issues what ever you name it, is not knowing what’s wrong. I offer functional medicine testing packages, sent to your home, that look at the state of the small intestine (lactulose SIBO test) or/and comprehensive stool test that picks up things that single stool samples can miss. These tests have found things that routine medical tests have missed. Things like bacterial overgrowth, yeast overgrowth, parasites, and h pylori.
When you finally have an answer, you have hope of moving forward.
I work with dietary, herbal and supplement protocols as well as lifestyle changes that helps with the most common root cause of gut issues.

Training, qualifications & experience
My own experience with IBS, low energy, bad skin and countless food intolerances led me to studying nutrition and graduating from London's Collage of Naturopathic Medicine in 2012.
Since graduating and solving my own IBS mystery and living a symptom free life, I've helped hundreds of women around the world to improve their health.
To keep up with new research and new developments in functional medicine, I attend seminars and CPD courses on a regular basis.
I am a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have this medical condition, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
I know from experience that the best way to get results is by working with clients for a longer period of time (usually eight weeks, three months or longer). It takes a little time to create healthy habits and a shiny new mindset around food.
I will create a personalised nutrition and coaching package just for you based on your health concerns, how you live your life, the kind of person you are and the level of support you are likely to need in order to reach your health goals.
I offer a face-to-face consultation in my office, in the comfort of your home (if you live in South East London) or on Skype or phone.

Initial personal consultation (1 hour and 30 minutes, ideally in person but can also be by phone, Skype or FaceTime)
In-depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress
Individually tailored nutritional advice and guidance, including a personalised supplement protocol appropriate to your health requirements
Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation
Food diary analysis
Follow ups consultations (45 minutes, in person but can also be by phone, Skype or FaceTime)
Ongoing 1-1 support throughout the programme
Motivation, accountability and support to reach your health goal
