About me
I am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist who is passionate about helping people to explore the relationship between food and health. You may be looking for some help with your symptoms from a specific condition, or you may simply want to review and improve your diet and health.
I have a particular interest in weight management, and in supporting clients whilst they reach their goals. I have been delivering the award winning Metabolic Balance programme since 2013 and seeing some truly exciting results. Having recently become a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I'm now able to help clients with motivation and habit change as well.
I also offer the full range of Lifecode GX® Nutrigenomics DNA reports and can help clients with truly personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that align with their genetics, empowering them to support and optimise their health.
