About me
Sarah is a qualified BANT registered nutritional therapy practitioner able to support a variety of health conditions and goals.
Sarah retrained as a nutritional therapist following her own recovery from a number of chronic health conditions, and consequently Sarah is wholeheartedly committed to supporting her clients in similarly regaining their health, whilst empowering them through increased knowledge, to continue to thrive long after the sessions are over.
Whether you have multiple chronic health concerns, or simply want to make improvements to boost your overall health, wellbeing and/or performance, then Sarah can support and guide you on your journey.

Nutritional Therapy Qualifications and Registrations
- 2018-2021: Diploma in Nutritional Therapy - passed with distinction (The College of Naturopathic Medicine (Manchester)).
- 2023: Radical Remission Health Coach and Workshop Leader
- Current: Registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT)
- Current: Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
Prior Qualifications and Registrations
- Current: Registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales (ICAEW) - Practiced for 20 years as a Chartered Accountant.
- 1994-97: BEng (hons) Electronic Engineering - 2:1 (University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology)
Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

- Online video consultation: Up to 75 minutes where you share concerns and aims. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history in the initial consultation and build upon the recommended plan during subsequent consultations.

- A personalised nutrition protocol: outlining your aims, goals and the recommended plan which will be updated following each face to face consultation.
