About me
Hello!
My name is Rebecca and I’m a registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition. I am very passionate about helping people understand their eating habits and how to find a way to eat that best supports their physical and mental wellbeing. I aim to work with clients to support develop their understanding of their body in order to feel at ease making choices that are catered towards their personal needs and goals.
I studied a Masters in Human Nutrition at London Metropolitan and since then gained 3 year’s experience working at Chelsea Ladies Football Club. Alongside working in sports nutrition, I realised how poor athletes relationship with food was and the ever rising pressure athletes placed on themselves to look a certain way. This led me into the route of working in and studying disordered eating. I have since studied 2 MSC Modules @ UCL for Clinical Science and Treatment of EDs, as well as an ED Dietetic Training course at Leeds Beckett. I have gained 3 ½ years experience at inpatient facilities across the Priory and 5 years experience at Day/Outpatient treatment facilities in London. I have been self employed working in this field since 2016. I have become extremely passionate about helping people better not only their relationship with food, but also their own physical and mental wellbeing.
I currently offer in my private practice:
-1:1 Nutritional Support
-Supported Eating Online Lunch Group
-Exposure Food Work (Supermarket Shopping / Café Outings / Lunch / Snack Support)
-1:1 Support For Family Members
I practice the Intuitive Eating & HAES approach with clients as I follow the belief that everyone is different, but food ultimately is to be enjoyed in a healthy and balanced way.
I can be available on zoom to clients of all locations. I also can meet face to face in London.
