About me

Hello and a warm welcome from Healthology Hub

I’m Rakhi and as a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, I support my clients in uncovering the root causes of immune health and gut issues, as well as addressing longstanding, unexplained illnesses. My practice is based on the principles of functional medicine, focusing on holistic wellness and tailored care for each client.

If you're battling with ongoing health issues, feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, or simply seeking to enhance your overall wellbeing, I am here to help. My focus is on empowering you with the necessary knowledge and tools for optimal health, whether you're managing a chronic condition, aiming for weight loss, or seeking to boost your energy and balance.

Having navigated my own health challenges, I understand first-hand how it feels. This experience has shaped my mission to empower you with evidence-based Nutritional Therapy strategies, blending expert knowledge with empathetic guidance for your personal wellness journey.

HOW I WORK

I provide a suite of evidence-based services, including Nutritional Therapy, Lifestyle Medicine, and Health Coaching. These services are designed to cater to diverse needs and preferences, offering both individual sessions or comprehensive programmes lasting either 4 or 12 weeks.  These programmes are particularly beneficial for those dealing with chronic conditions, requiring a consistent and methodical approach.

Nutritional Therapy: In this service, we'll meticulously assess your diet to pinpoint any imbalances or deficiencies impacting your health. My method is founded on Functional Medicine, focusing on discovering and tackling the root causes of your health concerns. I also employ functional testing to guide our strategies, providing detailed insights into your body’s function for a more specific and effective nutritional plan.

Lifestyle Medicine: This aspect concentrates on adjusting essential lifestyle elements such as sleep, stress management, and physical activity, aligning them with your health objectives. The aim is to foster an environment that supports your overall wellbeing.

Health Coaching: An integral component of my services, Health Coaching explores the psychological and emotional dimensions of health behaviour change, helping you not just know what to do, but also understand and overcome any challenges that might be in the way.

For your convenience my practice is entirely online, enabling me to support clients internationally, although I am based in London.

Please feel free to schedule your complimentary 15-minute Discovery Consultation https://calendly.com/hello-hub/discovery-call.

In this session, we'll discuss your health goals and concerns, offering an opportunity to explore how I can assist you in achieving the lifestyle you aspire to.
