About me

Hello and Welcome!

I'm Rakhi and I offer tailored support designed to meet your unique health needs, whether you’re managing a chronic condition, overcoming health challenges, or just seeking to improve your overall wellbeing.

Are any of these issues familiar to you?

  • Struggling with weight management, battling sugar cravings, or facing challenges with insulin balance.
  • Feeling unwell, even though your GP says your blood tests are "normal".
  • Dealing with skin concerns like dry, itchy, or inflamed skin, or frequent pore blockages.
  • Experiencing food intolerances or digestive discomfort after eating, and not sure what’s causing it.
  • Experiencing weight gain, sensitivity to cold, or persistent fatigue? An underactive thyroid can affect your metabolism and energy levels, making it harder to feel like yourself.
  • Living with unexplained pain, whether it’s physical discomfort or other symptoms, stopping you from enjoying life fully.
  • Tired of brain fog, constant fatigue, or disrupted sleep patterns that leave you feeling drained.
  • Navigating hormonal shifts, from puberty through to midlife transitions, and seeking better balance.
  • Suffering from gut issues like bloating, loose stools, or acid reflux, and wondering what the root cause might be.
  • Curious about a health check-up to see how your diet and nutrient intake could be improved to support your well-being.

I’m here to give you the knowledge and toolkit you need to live a healthier life. If you're feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, my practice is here to offer clarity and direction.

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, I help my clients to lower their health risks and improve their wellbeing.

My expertise spans a broad range of conditions, including gut health, metabolic issues, autoimmune disorders, thyroid dysfunction, skin health, weight management, and immune system health.

How I Work: I start by looking at your health concerns and connecting the dots between your symptoms, eating habits, and lifestyle to uncover any imbalances. I take a holistic approach, considering how stress, sleep, and the food you eat can either enhance your wellbeing or lead to potential health challenges. Unlike quick fixes that only mask symptoms, we focus on digging deeper to understand the root cause of what's really going on. By addressing the underlying issues, rather than just covering them up, we can create lasting change.

While I prioritise a food-first approach, we can incorporate therapeutic-grade supplements if necessary to fill any gaps or address nutrient deficiencies. If needed, functional testing can also provide deeper insights into what’s happening in your body. This combined approach allows us to pinpoint the areas that need support for a more effective and tailored plan.

From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits you, your lifestyle, and your dietary preferences perfectly, with the goal of truly improving your long-term health.

How To Connect: I offer face to face consultations at Devonshire Square, near Liverpool Street station, and for your convenience, all my services are available online via telehealth which helps to support clients internationally, and across the UK.

Curious if this is the right fit for you? Schedule a FREE, no-obligation 20-minute Discovery Consultation today to chat about your health goals and explore how I can support you in reaching the lifestyle you desire.  https://l.bttr.to/ZiAb8

Personal experience

My journey into nutritional therapy was profoundly shaped by personal health challenges, including being diagnosed with PCOS, type 2 diabetes, lupus, and an underactive thyroid. These conditions had a severe impact on my health, leading to symptoms such as debilitating fatigue, painful menstrual periods, weight gain, thinning hair, brain fog, slow digestion, joint pain, and extensive inflammation.

Given my family's history with metabolic diseases and my genetic predisposition, I recognised an urgent need to take control of my health proactively. The conventional medical treatments available to me involved a regimen of multiple medications with the of burden side effects, which only compounded my difficulties. I knew I had to try something different that saw me as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. Motivated by my personal health challenges, I committed to a different path, seeking out holistic and integrative methods to manage my conditions and improve my wellbeing. This approach has not only shaped my own health journey but also deeply informs how I help others navigate their unique health challenges.
