Training, qualifications & experience
Norma Bridge is a Nutritional Therapist with over 12 yrs of experience in the field, she graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and the University of Bedfordshire in 2006. ION is recognised as one of the foremost nutritional institutes in the United Kingdom.
Although her training has covered all areas of health and nutrition, Norma's experience has focused on digestion & gut health such as IBS and SIBO, food allergy and intolerance, women's health, thyroid health, autoimmunity and weight control.
In the past, Norma has tutored with Premier Global Trowbridge and CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine Bristol where she taught clinical skills to nutritional therapy students. In addition, she regularly provides workshops and seminars at a corporate level as well as local clubs and groups.

First consultation: £75 for 75 minutes to £90 for 90 minutes
Follow-ups: £50 for 50 minutes, pro rata thereafter
Consultations usually take place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at convenient clinic locations in Bristol and Olveston. Alternately telephone consultations are also available.
The first consultation usually lasts 75 to 90 minutes and includes:
- In-depth analysis of your medical history, lifestyle and diet
- Explanation of your health issues
- Discussion of useful laboratory tests
- Creation of your 1st phase personalised programme
Diet and lifestyle changes are negotiated with you to ensure they are achievable and sustainable. Vitamin or mineral supplements are often recommended to accelerate the healing process.
The initial programme is monitored and reviewed after 4 to 6 weeks at a follow-up consultation that normally lasts 50 minutes. Further follow-up consultations may be necessary, depending on what you are aiming to achieve.
We use the latest laboratory methods to analyse the systems in the body that control your health. Laboratory tests are an additional fee.
