About me

Hello! Has the doctor told you that you're healthy but you just don't feel energetic or 100%?  Have you tried to lose weight but what used to work for you no longer does? Or have you had a health scare and don't know where to start making improvements? The good news is when it comes to making small(ish) changes in our nutrition, it can help SO MANY things come back into balance.

The most common of these being:

  • excess weight
  • tiredness
  • moods swings
  • cravings
  • high cholesterol/triglycerides
  • digestive symptoms
  • aching joints.... and more!

Although this holds true at all times of life, the perimenopause is like a perfect storm of stress and responsibility, lack of time and on top of that hormonal upheaval.  Whatever side of the fence you sit on regarding HRT, diet and lifestyle are key to safeguarding your future health -- and current sanity!

If this rings true for you, I'm happy to chat through the different ways I help people like you, you can book a free discovery call above.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Most people find single sessions overwhelming and not very motivating. After all, it's taken months to years to develop your current habits, you will find it very hard to change all your habits after just one appointment.

For this reason I offer packages, which offer much more value:

-- ENERGISE!  Group Coaching Programme 12 weeks £995

--  Energy Boost:   8 week 1:1 coaching package £1400

-- Metabolic Reboot: 12 week 1:1 coaching package £2100

This includes direct access to me for the entire period (during working hours) via messaging and email support as well several consultations.

Further information

Working with a coach over a period of time will get you results much faster than doing it alone, but it also requires commitment from you.  So depending on how ready you are, you have two options to begin with:

1) If you know you need help, and you need it now,  you can book a free call to find out if I can help you.

2) If you're interested for some time in the future,  just not quite yet, drop me an email asking to subscribe to my email list -- I'll send you the free link for easy tips to follow, myths I debunk,  and upcoming offers.
