About me

Hi, I'm Lorraine.

I qualified as a Dietitian from the University of Hertfordshire in 2013. Following my passion for dietetics I have worked across a range of specialist areas in the NHS, with adults and children, for over ten years.

I am passionate about person centred care and working in partnership with you to achieve your best possible outcomes.  I have undertaken additional training in physical examination, intuitive eating and guided self-help for eating difficulties, encompassing a holistic approach to enable me to support you with your physical and mental health needs.

I have experience and expertise in working with people with binge eating disorder, diabetes, low bodyweight and functional gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome and my aims are to help you make changes that result in sustained improvement for you. I now work entirely in a freelance capacity as a UK Registered Dietitian and am ready to receive your bookings for 1:1 consultations online, over the phone or face to face. Contact me by email to book your assessment or package or find my availability and book direct using the link below:
