About me
Are you frequently battling fatigue, struggling with weight management despite your efforts, feeling the frustration of unpredictable energy levels or grappling with persistent brain fog and memory challenges? If these resonate with you, you may be experiencing the unmistakable signs of blood sugar imbalances.
I'm Kristina Triebow, a Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, working in South Oxfordshire and online.
My journey with Nutrition started over 8 years ago when my younger son got diagnosed with Type 1, aged 11. After the initial shock of receiving this life changing diagnosis, not only for my son but also for the whole family, I made it my quest to read every book I could find about Nutrition. I wanted to find out more how food affects us and this is when I decided to do a career change and signed up for a course in BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy with the University of West London.
Now, as a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I focus on empowering individuals facing challenges with their blood sugars and energy levels. Clients come to me feeling fatigued, irritable and frustrated by the constant ups and downs of their energy and blood sugar levels. I focus on managing these imbalances with a personalised nutrition plan, as well as lifestyle recommendations and a tailored supplement plan if applicable. I also discuss the option of functional tests if I think they might benefit a client.
Picture this: renewed energy, improved focus and vitality.
That's what we can achieve together.
I understand making lifestyle changes can be overwhelming. That's why I'm here to provide the support and guidance you need. My expertise includes guiding individuals toward adopting a lifestyle lower in carbohydrates, proven to stabilise blood sugar levels and improve overall health. Let's work together to understand your unique needs, preferences and challenges. I want to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make sustainable changes.
Your health is an investment, and I'm here to help you prioritise it. It's time to Re-find your balance and take control of your health journey.
