About us
I am a qualified BANT registered nutritional therapy practitioner able to support a variety of health conditions and goals.
Healthy, Happy & Strong: Nutrition for Life was founded following my own recovery from a multitude of chronic health conditions (see www.healthyhappyandstrong.co.uk/mystory for more information), and consequently health and wellness primarily through diet and lifestyle modifications has become my passion. I am wholeheartedly committed to supporting my clients in regaining their health whilst also empowering them, through increased knowledge, to continue to thrive long after our sessions are over.
Whether you have multiple chronic health concerns, or simply want to make improvements to boost your overall health, wellbeing and/or performance, then I can support and guide you on your journey.
I want to share with you my knowledge and experience, supported by the latest scientific research to help you to achieve your short, medium and long term health and wellness goals.
