About me

As a qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer, Hayley's aim is to free women from the misinformation surrounding diet & exercise catalysed by diet culture. Her mission is to leave a positive impact on her client's health and wellbeing that will last a lifetime. She works 1-2-1 with females using Nutritional Therapy, and where desired personal training, to help them with a multitude of symptoms including feeling more confident and vibrant, whilst enjoying their favourite foods.

Hayley is keen to help her clients change up their mindset around food, using a coaching style that is lead with evidence based science, to improve their overall health and wellbeing for good. She focuses on an inclusion, rather than exclusion mindset when it comes to food choices and believes that, as well as for fuel and nourishment, food should bring enjoyment and connection to ourselves and others. Freedom around food is the goal she has for her clients as well as helping them to feel the best version of themselves in the process.

Training, qualifications & experience

Hayley is a registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT, CNHC) with extensive training from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond where she completed a 4 year Diploma in Nutritional Therapy (DipION). She is also a registered Personal Trainer (CIMPSA), with 4 years’ experience working exclusively with female clients. Hayley continues to seek out ongoing professional development and will soon be embarking on a qualification to allow her to better support females who have experienced eating disorders.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
