As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and experienced Health Coach, I help women with hormonal concerns address the root cause through science-based nutritional recommendations to ease concerns and promote optimal health.As each women is biochemically unique, it's important you receive a  personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans tailored to your own needs and goals. 

My personalised 12 week programmes include: 

  • An initial consultation to fully assess your health history & current health challenges.
  • Weekly or fortnightly follow-up consultations

For complex conditions, we may need to work together for longer than 12 weeks. 

I am based in London, but I run all my work online through a secure, private practitioner portal.  In addition I run group programmes throughout the year and also with with corporates on their health and wellbeing programmes.

I have extensive training in women's hormonal health and keep up to date with the latest evidence-based information and developments by attending regular CPD events focussing on a range of health issues affecting women.

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

BANT
British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT)

The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.

There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.

All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
