Hi, I support women through perimenopause with personalised, science-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine, covering all aspects and symptoms related to these hormone changes.
• Low energy & mood
• Foggy brain & lack of focus
• Poor sleep
• Bloating & weight gain
• Menstrual cycle changes
• Thyroid conditions & many more...
After my own struggles with low mood, linked to early onset perimenopause, I transformed my life with nutrition, herbs and lifestyle changes and became inspired to retrain and help others feel the same.
I now offer support to women who are at a loss of where to turn next or feel overwhelmed by the mass of generalised information from Dr Google and how to apply it in a realistic and manageable way to their own lives.
I focus on hormone balance whilst exploring the root cause of symptoms, often working with women on HRT to feel better whilst promoting optimal wellbeing, health & longevity.
I don’t believe in harsh diets, feeling hungry, calorie counting or taking the joy out of eating (doesn’t everyone love a bit of cake!), but I can show you what to add nutritionally – how to make small, but sustainable and habit-forming changes that will help you navigate your way to feeling better now and the long-term.
I also run a number of other events & programmes...
- Perimenopause talks
Run locally, online & in the workplace – educating women on what is happening during this time and some tools to help manage it.
- Nourish – seasonal wellbeing day retreats
In Manchester & York that focus on nourishing your body & mind throughout the different seasons. Run in collaboration with a yoga teacher.
- Corporate speaking
Online or in-person helping women a have a better understanding on changes that are happening – the what and the why and some tools to helps.
Details are shared on my social media pages or if you sign up to my newsletter http://eepurl.com/ifB-kH here, I’ll keep you updated.
I’d love to be a part of your journey to help you feel better.
