About me

Hi,

I support women like you navigate through challenging times of hormonal change with personalised, science-based nutrition and lifestyle advice. Working alongside any medications you may be on, to achieve your health goals and become a happier and more empowered version of you.

I can support you with any aspects and symptoms related to ‘mid-life’ hormone change whether than be due to a natural ageing transition or a sudden change as a result of medical treatment.

Symptoms can include:
• Low energy & mood
• Foggy brain, lack of focus and motivation
• Poor sleep
• Stress & overwhelm
• Disregulated digestion and bloating
• Healthy weight management
• Thyroid conditions

& many more...

After my own struggles with low mood, linked to early onset perimenopause, I transformed my life with nutrition, herbs and lifestyle changes and became inspired to retrain and help others feel the same. Completing additional training to support a close friend through her chemotherapy journey.

I now offer support to women who are at a loss of where to turn next or feel overwhelmed by the mass of generalised information and how to apply it in a realistic and manageable way to their own busy lives.

I have a very individual ‘person-first’ approach supporting mental health and empowering women with simple and useful nutrition & lifestyle tools whilst exploring the root cause of symptoms, whilst promoting optimal wellbeing, health & longevity.

I don’t believe in harsh diets, feeling hungry, calorie counting or taking the joy out of eating (doesn’t everyone love a bit of cake!), but I can show you what to add nutritionally – how to make small, but sustainable and habit-forming changes that will help you navigate your way to feeling better now and the long-term.

As well as seeing clients one-to-one, I offer corporate talks and workshops, at-home wellness parties and I also run a number of wellbeing events, retreats & online programmes.

Please visit my website for more up-to-date information

I’d love to be a part of your journey to help you feel better.
