About me

I'm Emma Kenton James and I run The Yana Clinic. YANA is an acronym for You Are Not Alone and this is the foundation of my approach and the central message I share with my clients from the first consultation to the last.

The experience you have with your diet, food, body, and health is one you walk alone.

It can feel lonely, confusing, and like you aren’t in the driving seat anymore. Whether it be your gut health, or weight management, or post treatment support it can leave you feeling lost at sea.

I set out on this journey to help others who felt isolated and surrounded by misinformation about which path to take.

I have a very personalised approach and take time to understand and support the whole person and their needs with evidence-based nutrition.

The minute you decide to take the reins back and work with me towards optimal health (whatever that may look like for you) You Are Not Alone.  We will work together to support your bespoke needs.

Book your discovery call today.
